Refund policy
1. General rule
Once premium digital access has been delivered and premium materials have been accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. What counts as access used
Access is considered used once a purchaser has viewed premium MCQs, premium hints, premium drills, worked diagrams, or any other paid Engineering Mechanics material made available immediately after purchase.
3. When we may refund
We may issue refunds for duplicate purchases, billing errors, or technical delivery failures that we cannot resolve in a reasonable time. If access was never properly delivered, we will either fix the access issue or review a refund request in good faith.
4. How to request one
Email support@fecrashcourse.com with the purchase email, order details, and the issue. We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days.
